Who can join

Verify your account
Open your account and choose Zweryfikuj konto, then send a photo of your identity document taken with a camera or webcam. With correct photos, our system verifies the account within 15 minutes and confirms it on screen and by e-mail. You can also confirm your identity with a copy of both sides of your document, in person at a Totalizator Sportowy branch or another place it designates, or by electronic identification. Totalizator Sportowy decides on the final method, and the document copy is deleted promptly after verification.
Registration details
You can register through one of the electronic identification methods we offer or by completing our form. The form asks for your name, nationality, PESEL number or your date of birth if you have no PESEL, residential address, e-mail, Polish bank account number, identity document series and number, country of birth and mobile number, together with confirmation that you are an adult.
Forgotten password or username
Select Zaloguj się and then Przypomnienie hasła/nazwy użytkownika. Once you complete the required fields, your password is changed automatically and sent to your e-mail, while a forgotten username goes to your registration e-mail. After 5 unsuccessful login attempts the account is blocked for security, and our customer support team helps you unblock it. The team also helps if recovery does not work.

Registration bonus
The registration bonus is worth £9. It becomes available after you register and verify your account, and you can use it in a dozen or so games listed in the Bonusy powitalne category. Activate your account within 7 days using the link we send by e-mail. The offer is valid for 7 days from registration, and you need to wager £379 before winnings from the awarded bonuses can be withdrawn.
How our bonuses work
Some welcome promotions require wagering in a particular game, while others require a deposit. A Free Spin is a free slot spin whose winnings go to your bonus balance and must be wagered under the rules of its promotion. A Golden Chip is a free chip for card games and roulette, and its value is deducted from the winnings. Bonus cancellation goes through customer support and removes all bonus funds and winnings from bonus stakes. The details of each bonus are shown in the Bonusy tab.

Making a deposit
Press Wpłać near the top of the page, choose a method and follow its instructions. You can pay by online bank transfer via Przelewy 24, payment card, BLIK or Skrill, and further details are in the Depozyt tab. The minimum deposit is £1.90, and you may choose a different option each time. Only your own credit or debit cards are accepted, and we charge no deposit commission.
Withdrawal times
Your money should reach your bank account within 7 working days of the request. If it has not arrived after that time, get in touch with our support team. VIP members may receive faster withdrawals.
Withdrawals with a bonus
A bonus-related withdrawal is possible once the wagering for that promotion is complete. Asking for a withdrawal earlier removes the awarded bonus and all winnings derived from it.

Requesting a withdrawal
Go to Wypłata, enter the amount and select Wypłać. Withdrawals go only to your own bank account, and you can add a bank account there with the add-new-account control. There is no minimum withdrawal amount and no commission for placing a request.
Pending and cancelled withdrawals
Pending requests are listed under Oczekujące wypłaty. You can cancel a request while Anuluj wypłatę is active. An inactive button means processing has begun and cancellation is no longer possible, and our customer support can switch off the cancellation option at your request.
Limits and breaks from play
Limits set at registration
During registration you set daily and monthly spending limits and daily and monthly playing-time limits for the service. Play needs a positive balance, so it is not possible once funds run out or with a negative balance. When you reach a limit or run out of the funds needed to continue, play stops.
Breaks and self-exclusion
In the Przerwy w grze section of your responsible play menu you can suspend activity in a service for at least 24 hours or exclude yourself for at least 90 days. Both block play and deposits while other account functions remain active. During the period you choose, promotions and bonuses in that service are unavailable and we send you no commercial information. Your instruction cannot be revoked for the chosen period, and play becomes available again only after it ends. To close your account, contact our customer support.

Changing your limits
You can change your limits. An increase takes effect no earlier than 24 hours after the first request for that limit, 7 days after the second and 90 days after the third and each later request. These waiting periods also apply, as appropriate for the service, when an old account is closed or deleted and a new one is opened. A decrease takes effect immediately and does not restart the waiting periods.
